He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Harris and Betty Jean Wiedenmeyer. He is survived by: his wife Debra Harris; his children, Matthew Harris, Rachel Nass, Ryan Harris, Jesse Harris, James Harris, Timothy Harris, Todd Lutes, Brent Lutes and Stephanie Porden; and his siblings, Vern Harris, Brenda Lazarow and Mike Harris. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the LDS Foothill Building (1310 Foothill Dr, Vista, CA 92084).
