She was predeceased by: her husband Yoshiaki; and her son Brian. She is survived by: her children, Judy K. Saito (Brady), Alan H. Higuchi (Tammy), Patty R. Higuchi (Gary Yamanaka) and Joyce N. Wynkoop (Carl); her grandchildren, Desarie Landaverde, Brandon Burney (Jackie), Trisha Hunley (Garret), Sean Higuchi (Hillary Chambers), Nicole and Daniel Higuchi; her great grandchildren, Conner Burney, Alyssa Landaverde, Vanessa, Savannah Gutierrez, Xander Hunley and Koa Higuchi; her brother Tadashi Sakuma (Geri); and her sibling's children, Christopher Sakuma, Dahni Tsuboi and Akemi Arakaki.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene "lee Chapel" (3700 E Sierra Madre Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91107).
