She was predeceased by: her husband Frank G. Machado; her parents, Mariano Oliveira and Virginia Oliveira; her daughter Julie Ann; and her siblings, Manuel, Marion, Mary (Texeira) and Georgina Oliveira.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Stenn, Gary Machado, Ron Machado and Shirley Kiley; her grandchildren, Ryan Stenn (Jennifer), Kevin Stenn (Alexis), Daniel Machado, Alex Kiley and Mitchell Kiley; her great grandchildren, Reid, Gia Stenn, Oliver and Theodore Stenn; and her siblings, Virginia Silveira and John Oliveira. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Madonna Del Sasso Catholic Church (320 E Laurel Dr, Salinas, CA 93906). A Mass will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (18200 Damian Way, Prunedale, CA 93907).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Lena's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
