She was predeceased by: her parents, George McNeel and Jessie McNeel; and her sisters, Brenda Kay McNeel, Carol Jean Crane and Judy Lacey.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen; her pet Daisy; her children, Raechelle Marsh Downing (Todd), Wendy Marsh Barber and Steven Shane Marsh (Crystal); and her brother Tom McNeel (Ruby). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
