She is survived by : her husband George Sawicki; her children, John (Kirsta), Thomas (Meghan Westby) and Katie Sawicki; and her granddaughters, Sofia and Annie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Verheyden, Inc. (16300 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Park, MI 48230). The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, January 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Paul on the Lake Catholic Church (157 Lake Shore Rd, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236). A mass will be held on Tuesday, January 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
