He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Konik and Suzanne Konik. He is survived by : his siblings, Christine Wood (Bob), Andrew Konik (Kat) and Denise Turke; his close friend Sally Hendzell; his nieces and nephews, Amanda (Logan), Sara (Jason), Jonathon, Alexis, Breanna, Chloe, Alex and Max; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Avery, Brooke, Chase, Elise, Lainey and Adalyn; and also, Alexander and Abigail (Devon).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home (4061 St Clair Hwy, East China, MI 48054). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to The Detroit Zoological Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
