She was predeceased by : her father Jerome A. Downey; and her brothers, Jerome Robert Downey and Donald Downey. She is survived by : her mother Shirley E. Downey; her children, Shawn Studer and Chad Studer; her granddaughter Mackenzie Jansen; her siblings, Joan Tanton, Joe Downey (Ronieta), Sue O'Lear, Patsy Kelley and Ken Downey (SonOk); her sister-in-law Barb Downey; her daughters, April Langolf, Barb Keys and Jenny Watson; and her grandchild Erin Macdonald. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home (1720 Elk St, Port Huron, MI 48060). A rosary will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
