It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert August Sanders of West Branch, Michigan, born in Millington, Michigan, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Sanders and Elsie Sanders (Summerfield); his siblings, Barbara, Larry, David and Dick; and his grandson Justin.
He is survived by : his wife Jessie Sanders; his daughter Teresa Scott (Jon); his grandchildren, Gabby, Taylor, Izzy, Christian and Terra; his sister Elsie Sanders; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Sanders, Suzanne Sanders, Ruby Sanders and Mark Cheek. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Edwards Community Church (4586 Greenwood Rd, West Branch, MI 48661). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
