It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Erma Kaucic (Sterling Heights, Michigan), who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Peter DeMaire and Ida DeMaire; her nephew Gerald DeMaire; her niece Mary Louise Dedonatis; and her husband Frank Andy Kaucic.
She is survived by : her friends, Mary, Jim Salens, Margaret Marth, Ruth Duddy, George Scamihorn and Kathy Swantack; and her step-children, Thomas Kaucic and Diane (Farkas).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home (13650 15 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A prayer will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church (5900 McClellan Ave, Detroit, MI 48213). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
