We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 95, Betty Jane Norrington of Caro, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Dost and Marie Dost (Trischler); her daughter Virginia Lounsbury (Thomas) of Cass City; her father-in-law Roy; her son Raymond Dost; her siblings, Virginia, Charlie, Don, Duane and Paul; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Dost, Margaret Beedle, Sara Dost, Frieda Dost and Thomas Lynch.
She is survived by : her nephew Ken; her son W. John Norrington Jr. (Gloria); her daughter-in-law Jackie Dost of Midland; her siblings, Alice Lynch of Caro and Harold Dost (Joann) of Silverwood; her sister-in-law Erlinda Dost of Mayville; her grandchildren, Steven, Angela, Amie, Jacob, Joshua, Joseph, Ryan, Shawn, Janice, Jennifer and Jillian; and her nephews, Ronald Dost, Tom Lynch, Charles Dost and Dennis Beedle. She is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (503 S State St, Caro, MI 48723). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
