She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Schneider and Anna Schneider (Distelrath); her husband Leon W. Rau; her son-in-law Jack Simmet; and her step-grandson Craig Simmet.
She is survived by : her siblings, Richard Schneider and Marlene (Schneider); and her brother-in-law John Wojciechowski.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, January 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (961 W Houghton Ave, West Branch, MI 48661).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Joseph School Endowment fund or McLaren Hospice.
