It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Dolunt (Allen Park, Michigan), who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Aldridge and Victoria Aldridge; her husband Gerald Dolunt Sr.; her siblings, Shirley Escamilla (Aldridge) and Samuel Aldridge; and her daughter-in-law Maria Dolunt (Paniccia).
She is survived by: her children, Steven Dolunt (Diane), Diane Andrews (Dennis), William Dolunt (Beth), Richard Dolunt (Rhonda), Gerald Dolunt Jr., Mary Harper (Frank) and Vicki Keilhauer (Franz); and her brother James Aldridge (Patricia). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Allen Park Chapel - Martenson Family (10915 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101). A rosary will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church (1721 Junction Ave, Detroit, MI 48209). A Mass will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to; Angela Hospice, Food For the Poor, Cristo Rey, or Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
