She was predeceased by: her parents, George Haupt and Elizabeth Haupt; her husband Philip Hessburg; her brother George Haupt; and her son Daniel.
She is survived by: her sister Marie Judith; her children, Mary Star (Craig), Tom, John (TJ) and Soozi (Tim); her grandchildren, Annie, Chris, Sam, Philip, Frank (Loren), Tom (Moriah), Daniel, Maria, Tommy, Mary Clare, Jack (Benny), Joseph (Cat), Luke (Kienne), Matthew, Carly (Patrick), Lilly and Abigail; and her great grandchildren, Presley, Harlynn, Everly, Ford and Hadley.
The lying in state will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Clare of Montefalco Catholic Church (1401 Whittier Rd, Grosse Pointe Park, MI 48230). A Mass will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
