She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Leonard G. Wayne; her son Dr. Richard Wayne; her parents, Eileen Levitt and Nathan Levitt; and her sister-in-law Rose Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Wayne (Beyla), Julie Wayne (Marc Juillard) and Mallery Eisenshtadt (Steve); her grandchildren, Adiva Wayne, Hillel Wayne (Puikei), Meira Green Wayne, Ahron Wayne, Samuel Roche, Haley Jou (Jeffrey), Lindsey Eisenshtadt and Andrew Eisenshtadt; and her nieces and nephews, Beverly and Steve Zuckerman.
A private funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A reception will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 22262 Chatsford Circuit St, Southfield, MI 48034.
