With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beverly A. Thirlby of Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on April 25, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bradford and Ida Bradford (Hall); and her siblings, Julie Bradford Telgard, William Bradford and Leo Bradford.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin G. Thirlby (Ed); her children, Julie Strait (Butch), Lynn Swinehart (Tim), Edwin W. Thirlby (Lyndsey Hennard) and Mike Thirlby (Julia); her grandchildren, Lynn Helms (Shawn), Crystal Dehn (Derek), Whitney Porteus (Andrew), Juliana Schump (Joe), Jeffrey Green (Christina), Dru Green (Lindsay), Brandon Thirlby (Leah), Collin Thirlby (Ashley), Tyler Thirlby (Kendra), Preston Thirlby, Andrew Thirlby and Parker Thirlby; and her great grandchildren, Harrison, Charli, Sawyer, Elizabeth, Isaac, Madison Porteus (Whitney), Wade, Claire, Henry Schump (Juliana), Faith, Willa, Rosie, Mae, Dani, Easton, Lauren, Karsyn and Alexander.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home (305 Sixth St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
