With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Mackey Ml of Lathrup Village, Michigan, who passed away on May 4, 2025 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Christine Laing (Szczerbinski); and her brother-in-law Daniel. She is survived by: her father Ronald T. Laing; her husband Joseph Mackey; her siblings, Susan (Alexander), Ronald C. (Nicole) and Andrew (Kristin); her parents-in-law, Donna, Mickey Reynolds, Robert and Nancy Mackey; her siblings-in-law, Rob (Kelly), Heather (Ben) and Bryan (Angie); and her nieces and nephews, Elias, Charles, Christine, Grayson, Colin, Harper, Liam, Londynn, Easton, Kenna, Karson, Ethan (Alyssa), Nina and Nikos. She is also survived by friends from high school, cousins, neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 9:30 AM. A rosary will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Clawson (1368 N Crooks Rd, Clawson, MI 48017). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Transfiguration (25225 Code Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A committal service will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (W 10 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033).
