He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Kozak and Genevieve Kozak; and also, Robert (Elsie Usitalo) and Tucker. He is survived by: his friend Tania Pratnicki; his children, Graham Thomas (Nina Iaderosa) and Paige Kathryn; his wife Kathryn Jean-Usitalo Kozak; his granddaughters, Julia and Genevieve; his in-laws, Gordon Usitalo (Mary Lou), Dennis Usitalo (Mark Forster) and Karen Strobridge (Bill); and his nephews, Kevin Clafton and Austin Strobridge. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sweetest Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church (4440 Russell St, Detroit, MI 48207). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Little Traverse Bay Humane Society (ltbhs.org) or Sweetest Heart of Mary preservation campaign (preservingsweetestheart.org).
