With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sylvia Loretta Miller of Commerce Township, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Wilhelmina; her husband James Matthew Miller; and her brother Frank Boeger (Jean). She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Moore (Donald) and Chris Miller (Leslie); her grandchildren, Brendyn (Mary-Peyton), Caleb (Victoria), Justin (Jessica), Elijah, Hannah, Donald (Stephanie) and Kirsten (David); and her great grandchildren, Jace, Shiann, Audrey and Jovi. She is also survived by numerous great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Home - Walled Lake (340 N Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake, MI 48390). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. William Catholic Church (531 Common St, Walled Lake, MI 48390).
