He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Caplan Phillips; his son Rabbi Laurie Phillips; and his parents, Samuel Phillips and Ethel Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Beth Phillips and Ira Michael Phillips; and his brother Stanley Phillips.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:45 AM.
