It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Irving Hershman of Huntington Woods, Michigan, who passed away, on June 15, 2025. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Claudia Hershman (Barak); his children, Stuart Hershman (Lesley), Renee Hershman (David Cronin) and Jill MacDonald (Mike); his grandchildren, Molly Hershman, Hannah Hershman, Jessica Cronin, Nate Cronin, Kailey MacDonald and Eli MacDonald; his sibling Shirley Altman; his parents, Rose Hershman and John Hershman; and his nieces and nephews, Cary Altman (Debbie), Rick Altman, Francie Gill (Mike) and Robin Elices (Josh). He was also cherished by other loving relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ira Kaufman Chapel (18325 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48075). A shiva will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 26089 York Rd, Huntington Woods, MI 48070.
