Eugene Raymond

A Loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away on June 21, 2025 at Stone Crest Assisted Living. Eugene was born August 6, 1933 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Roy and Bernice (Setlak) Raymond. He married Patricia Jakubowski on October 4, 1952 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Pinconning. They were married 67 years until her passing on May 18 2020. He was a member of St. Gabriel's Parish, Auburn. He loved playing golf, watching sports, traveling, working in his yard, and spending time with family and friends. He was an Army Veteran and a proud member of the Knights of Columbus.
Eugene is survived by his 4 children, Sheryl Raymond, Sharon (Michael) Roberson, Dan (Theresa) Raymond, and Diane (Joe) Keeley; grandchildren Stephanie (Todd) Leslie, Brooke Ryan, Garrett Roberson, Jason (Katie) Raymond, Kendra Raymond, Ronald Keeley, and Patrick Keeley; 12 great grandchildren, and one sister, Betty (Raymond) Bliss. He was preceded by 3 sisters and 5 brothers.
Funeral mass will be on Saturday June 28, 2025 at 11am from St Gabriel Parish Auburn with burial to follow at St. Michaels Cemetery in Pinconning with military honors. Visitation will be on Friday from 4pm till 7pm at Rivertown Funeral Chapel. On Saturday from 10am till time of mass at church.
