He is survived by: his wife Diane Horne; his children, Julie Ames (Tim) and Fred Horne III (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Jordyn Wiedyke (Zac), Haley Miller (Matt), Abby Horne, Freddie Horne IV, Deanna Ames, Tyler Kleinert (Scout), John Ames (Alex) and McKayla Fisher (Branden); his siblings, Cheryl Francis (Bruce), Lorie Lodico (Sharon) and Barb Tipper (Rick); and also, Charlie, Seth, Maverick, Lucas, Cecilia, Reagan, Kennedy and Baby Wiedyke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
