Linda K. Burgan

Age 81 of Kalamazoo, passed away Thursday July 3, 2025 at home in the comfort of her family. Linda was born May 18, 1944 in Detroit the daughter of Norman and Marjorie (Chambers) Haas. She was a waitress for the former Beacon Club and ran a daycare for over 18 years. Linda enjoyed crocheting, knitting, traveling and spending time with her family. On November 11, 1961 in Detroit, Linda was united in marriage to Harold L. Burgan who survives. Also surviving are six children, Marjorie (Jeff) Grimes, James (Beth) Burgan, Angela (Jim) Kuerbitz, LeAnne (Donald) Burgan, Roman Burgan, Ariana (Dave) Chaffin; Honorary Daughter Jeanne Cody. 44 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Barb Strong; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Kimberly Ferguson and Dawn Esseltine.
