He is survived by: his children, Debra Bratcher (late David), Dawn Hofmann, Deanne Edgar (Scott) and Dana Burton; his grandchildren, Daniel Edgar (Samantha), Brendan Edgar (Olivia), Ryan Burton, James Hofmann, Trevor Edgar, Robert Burton, Gabrielle Hofmann and Rory Burton; and his sister Lenore.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons (36900 Schoenherr Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A rosary will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church (21201 13 Mile Rd, St Clair Shores, MI 48082).
