Simpson of Troy, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 5, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lutfy and Angeline Lutfy; and her grandmother Joanne Simpson. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Anne), Mary Lyon (Chris) and Renee Mojek (Kevin); her aunt Mary; her great grandchildren, Michael, Riley, Luke, Maddie, Ali and James; and her son Troy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the A. J. Desmond & Sons (2600 Crooks Rd, Troy, MI 48084). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church (2700 Waldon Rd, Lake Orion, MI 48360).
