He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Slater and Virginia Slater. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kay Slater; his children, Adam Bye (Katie) and Lily Mousseau (Paul); his grandchildren, George, Hunter M., Azalea, Hunter B., Xavier, Addison, Chloe, Azazel and Aurora; his sisters, Sharon Kapit (Don), Pam Saldana (Dave) and Alicia Thompson (James); his mother-in-law Ecie Stewart; and his pets, Ranger, Cash and Rett. He is also survived by grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
