He is survived by: his sister Faye Gwisdala; his children, Judy Peck (Jim) and Mark Romzek (Laura); his grandchildren, Zachary, Joshua Klafehn, Alexis Zito (Mike), Austin Romzek, Abigail, Lily and Graciella Romzek; his great grandchildren, Gianna and Valentina Zito; and also Debra Romzek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mark Lutheran Church (26830 W Park St, Roseville, MI 48066).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "I Heart Dogs Rescue and Animal Haven" in Warren, Michigan, who have provided a home for his two dogs.
