She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William H. Burkhardt and Joyce Burkhardt (Engels); her husband Tim of South Lyon; her sons, Rory of Los Angeles, Connor of Novi and Brennan of East Lansing; and her siblings, Jan Sprenger (Mike), Mary Haire and William K. Burkhardt (Susan).
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church (5900 McClellan Ave, Detroit, MI 48213).
