He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Luyckx and Helen Aylward; his siblings, Marilyn, Theodore, Gretchen (Richard Uhl), Richard (Julie) and Larry (Sally); and his granddaughter Sally.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Peter, Jim (Carol), Ann (Dave), Helen (Doug) and Michael (Melissa); his grandchildren, Jakob (Whitney), Emma (Troy), Lindsey (Dave), Ian Lane (Ashley), Dayton, Leiss, Simon, Abby, Landon, Elijah, Eva, Josie and Sophie; and his great grandchildren, Elias, Micah and Cameron.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (4580 N Adams Rd, Troy, MI 48098).
