It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrol Lloyd Fritz of Sterling Heights, Michigan, who passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Fritz and Florence Trombley; his wife Mary E Gambill; his sons, William (Lynn) and Thomas (Beryl); his grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew, Alexander (Joanna) and Cassidy; and his great grandchildren, Helix, Nash, Maverick, Owen, Mariah, Maxwell and Gwen.
The lying in state will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul United Church of Christ (31654 Mound Rd, Warren, MI 48092). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the White Chapel Cemetery (621 W Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48098).
