It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ursitti of Sterling Heights, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 3, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Soldatek); his grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Erin Gonzalez, Ryan Kamlay (Alexandria), Ashley Hatzikoutelis (Stephen), Jordan, Angela, Ariana and RJ Corsetti; and his sister Sharon Bartley (late Fred). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church (38750 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
