He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel and Rosa; and his siblings, Adalid, Blanca and Petra.
He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Idel (Lucille) and Lydia Havener (Kerry); his grandchildren, Jessica (Kyle), Miguel (Kelsey), Alan (Karissa), Jayson (Shelby), Anna and Ryan; and his great grandchild Grayson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Dearborn (22546 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124). The lying in state will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (3965 Merrick St, Dearborn Heights, MI 48125). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
