With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Gerdel (Detroit, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hauger and Lara Hauger (Dicker); her husband Edward Gerdel; her granddaughter Emma Woods; and her mother-in-law Katie Swarthout.
She is survived by: her children, Chelsea Woods, Stephanie Suwarato (Ben) and Sandy Buhrer (Douglas); her grandchildren, Alia Woods, Spencer Suwarato, Marlise Buhrer, Douglas Buhrer and Rebecca Buhrer; and her brother Johnathan Hauger (Andrea).
