Ara Vartabedian

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ara Vartabedian (Southfield, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Arthur Vartabedian (Margaret) and Alice Vidian (late Frank); his uncles, Dr. Robert Vartabedian (Jeri), Dr. Paul Vartabedian (Lisa) and Ted Vartabedian; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lizzie, Nikki, Jeffrey Vartabedian, Kara, Julia, Olivia Vartabedian and Natalie Vartabedian. He was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the TBD St. Johns Armenian Church (22001 Northwestern Hwy, Southfield, MI 48075). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial gifts in Ara's memory are to St. Johns Armenian Church.
