It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Miller of North Plainfield, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on April 2, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son William "Billy" Miller; her grandmother Josephine Stefan; her parents, Salvatore Manganello and Mary Manganello; and her nieces, Terry-Ann and Melissa.
She is survived by: her son George IV "Buddy" (Joanna); her husband George Miller III; her daughter Maryanne Schwartz; her grandchildren, Julianna Miller, Nicole Miller, Raegan Miller, Jade Miller and Jonathan Schwartz; her sister Eve Craven (Stephen); her nephew Stephen; her brother Salvatore Manganello; her uncle John Stefan; her brother-in-law Daniel Miller (Phyllis); her niece Christine; her nephew Daniel; her sister-in-law Eileen Pittaro (Tony); and her niece Sandra.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A Mass will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Stony Hill Church (225 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A burial will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090).
