He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Horner; and his daughters, Susan Guzman (Alberto) and Sharon Diane (David Jocovich). He is survived by: his child Thomas Horner, Jr. (Sharon); his grandchildren, Michelle, Melissa, Tommy, Colton and Maddi; and his great grandchildren, Adalee, Kyra, Seth, Kaylee, Jacob, Tori and Lily.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ora L. Wooster Funeral Home (51 Park Blvd, Clementon, NJ 08021). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery (240 N Tuckahoe Rd, Williamstown, NJ 08094).
