It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DDS Morton Louis Wertheimer (Morris Plains, New Jersey), who passed away on April 17, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Carol "Cookie" Wertheimer; his children, Ruth Bymel, Naomi Bacharach, Aviva Will and Shira Green; his siblings, Miriam Seelenfreund, Shirley Jungreis and Leon Wertheimer; and his grandchildren, Philip, William, Elizabeth, Sam, Sarah, Hannah, Jakob, Solomon and Yael.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gottesman RTW Academy (146 Dover Chester Rd, Randolph, NJ 07869). A burial will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mount Freedom Hebrew Cemetery (100 South Rd, Mendham Township, NJ 07945).
