He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Gilmartin and Elizabeth McDonald; and his brothers, Patrick "Buddy" Gilmartin and John Gilmartin. He is survived by: his wife Brigid Gilmartin (Farrell); his children, Paul Gilmartin (Sarah), Mary Lindquist (Steven) and Ann Kolenovic (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Nora, Clare Gilmartin, Anastasia, Joshua Lindquist, Robert, Justin and Claudia Carey.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the William J. Leber Funeral Home (15 Furnace Rd, Chester, NJ 07930). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (85 Pleasant Hill Rd, Chester, NJ 07930).
