With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Resko (East Hanover, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine Resko to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cox and Catherine Cox; her husband James J. Resko; her son Stephen Resko; and her siblings, Helen Vislocky, Claire Shamey, Marie Clark, Gerard Cox and Margaret Pandolfi.
She is survived by: her sister Julia (Catherine); her sons, Paul J. Resko (Jane) of Parsippany, NJ and Jeffrey J. Resko (Kumiko) of Woodbridge, VA.; her sister Bernadette Korchak of Pearl River, NY; her grandchildren, Corinne Leake, Stephen Resko, Luke Resko (Ashley), Mia Resko and William Pron (Tiffany); and her great grandchildren, Bailey Pron, Rylie Padgett, Billy Pron, Aydree Pron and Cooper Leake.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the S. J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service (60 N Beverwyck Rd, Lake Hiawatha, NJ 07034). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Peter the Apostle Church (179 Baldwin Rd, Parsippany, NJ 07054). A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
