He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Martinez and Nicolasa Martinez; and his sister Gloria Guzman. He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Cordero; his children, John R. Martinez, Yvonne Martinez-Vega (David), Elva Vazquez (Tony), Manuel A. Martinez (Maritza) and Anthony Martinez (Marino Gonzalez); his grandchildren, Misty, Louisette, Jose, Juan, Christina, David Javier, Manuel, Alyssa, Robert, Amanda and John Eric; his siblings, Jose, Miguel, Wilfredo and Ana; and his niece Elizabeth Guzman. He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (642 Market St, Camden, NJ 08102). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Church (642 Market St, Camden, NJ 08102). A burial will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (2398 Marlton Pike W, Cherry Hill Township, NJ 08002).
