It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elpidio G. Calalang of Northvale, New Jersey, who passed away on May 6, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Elpidio shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elpidio farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia; his children, Paul, John (Ghia) and Mary-Ann; his grandchildren, Allen, Arianne, Janelle and Julian; and his sisters, Teresita Cruz and Elizabeth Canlas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pizzi Funeral Home (120 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ 07647). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's RC Church (120 Walnut St, Norwood, NJ 07648).
