She was predeceased by: her father Dr. James Walter Meade. She is survived by: her mother Beverly May Meade; her son Jack Edward Smith IV (Natalie May) of Brooklyn, NY; her significant other Jack E. Smith III; her sisters, Christine A. Gilman (Mickey Gilman) of Jordan, NY, Anna May Meade of Provincetown, MA and Rose Meade Hart (Geno Baccaglini) of Jeffersonville, VT; her niece Tina Gilman; her nephew Jeff Gilman; and her great-nephew Carter Bellinger. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Episcopal Church (160 W S Orange Ave, South Orange, NJ 07079). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A repast will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Parish Hall.
