She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses Sr. Rice and Elizabeth Rice (Tukes). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Spruell (Neptune) and Raymond Spruell Jr. (Cherea); her grandchildren, Candyce Knowles (Marcel), Ian Spruell (Aleeyah), Kendra Knowles and Kendrick Knowles; her great grandchildren, Jordyn Spruell and Dylan Moreau; her siblings, Ulysses "Butch" Rice Jr. (Janice), Raymond Rice (Carolyn), Rita Walker (Gregory) and Jeffery Rice (Jeanette); and her goddaughter Tiffany Walker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Matawan United Methodist Church (478 S Atlantic Ave, Aberdeen Township, NJ 07747). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Union Prospect Cemetery.
