As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rafferty and Elizabeth Rafferty (Hofstetter); and his brother James Rafferty. He is survived by: his wife Helen Diane Rafferty (Huff); his children, Tom (Kristin) of Hatboro, PA and Jennifer Dan (Alexander) of Butzbach Hoch; and his grandchildren, Felix Dan, Aidan Rafferty, Mina Dan and Morgan Rafferty.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (201 N 2nd St, Millville, NJ 08332).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the APWA NJ Chapter Scholarship Program, First United Methodist Church Food Pantry, or a charity of your choice.
