It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Hamilton Jr. of Atco, New Jersey, who passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Hamilton and Elizabeth V. Hamilton. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Hamilton, Charles Hamilton (Linda) and Elizabeth Hamilton; his siblings' children, Justin Walsh (Jacqueline), Jill Kernan (Eugene), Thomas Hamilton (Christina), Erin Tilghman (Nate), Sean Hamilton, Michael Hamilton (Jennifer), Brandon Hamilton, Matthew Hamilton (Rebecca), Gabrielle Hamilton, Melissa Shinn and Charles O'Neill (Marzena); and his uncle John Smagalla. He is also survived by many loving cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Our Lady of Hope Parish (701 Little Gloucester Rd, Blackwood, NJ 08012). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (43 Clementon Rd W, Gibbsboro, NJ 08026).
