He is survived by: his family John; his former spouse Mary-Carey Bachmann; his wife Jean; his children, Carey Churchill Cort (Cliff) of Lincoln, MA, Charles Churchill of Millburn, NJ and Chris Churchill (Julie Rothier) of Petaluma, CA; his grandchildren, Vail, Caroline Cort, Kelly, Pierson Churchill, Natalie and Chloe Churchill; and his sister Martha Drake of Union Village, VT..
