We bid farewell to Anna O. Ferrentino of Belleville, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 7, 2025 at the age of 89. Anna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Milano and Olympia Milano (Anthony Ferrentino); her siblings, Mary Milano and Lou Milano; and her brother-in-law Jerry Ilaria.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony and Andrea Durning (Peter); her daughter-in-law Laura Ferrentino; her sisters, Rose Ilaria and Josephine Armento; her grandchildren, Peter A. Durning, Jessica Durning, Kristin Tlatelpa, Jorge Tlatelpa, Anthony D. Ferrentino, Christina Ferrentino, Brianna Sheppard and Pete Sheppard; and her great grandchildren, Ana-Sofia Durning and Camilla Ferrentino. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Megaro Memorial Home, Inc. (503 Union Ave, Belleville, NJ 07109). A Mass will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Lucy's Church (118 7th Ave, Newark, NJ 07104). A burial will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
