It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Asimina Milonas of Scotch Plains, New Jersey, who passed away on September 7, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Asimina shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Asimina farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nikolas. She is survived by: her children, Peter Geogiades and Markella Takos (Bill); her grandchildren, Alysis, Nicolette, Anthony, Asimina and Evangelia; and her siblings, Elia Chrysostratis (Eleni) and Marigoula Pantagis (George). She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rossi Funeral Home (1937 Westfield Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (721 Rahway Ave, Union, NJ 07083). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090).
