With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond Gillies (Fairfield, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Gillies and Emma Gillies; and his siblings, Kenneth and Sheila Gillies. He is survived by: his stepmother Mary; his spouse Zinovia Gillies; his children, Kim Gillies-Bush (Douglas), Daniel Gillies (Rhanda Moussa) and Nicole Cichanowitz (Gene); his grandchildren, Emily "Mimi", Justin, Grace, Elizabeth "Lulu" and Angelina "Little Bird"; his nieces, Kristin Gillies and Tara Ely (TJ); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Everly, Addison, Thomas and Charlotte.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stellato Funeral Home (7 2 Bridges Rd, Fairfield, NJ 07004). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Laurel Grove Cemetery (295 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512).
