She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur T. McSurdy and Matilda McSurdy (Hutton); her siblings, David McSurdy, Elizabeth Updegrove and Sylvia Roush; and her daughter Janet Cermak.
She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Maley; her daughters, Christine (Larry Budden), Maria (Tony Marino) and Linda Fletcher; her grandchildren, Danielle, Lyneah, Christina, Robert, Daniel, Dylan, Anthony, George, Jacob, Michael, Sarah and Lauryn; and her brothers, Elmer McSurdy and Walter McSurdy.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dooley Funeral Home (218 N Ave W, Cranford, NJ 07016). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anne's Church (325 2nd Ave, Garwood, NJ 07027).
